I go on and on about this granola to everyone I meet. But I think it’s because my kids love it, I love it, it’s easy to make and it’s nut-free, so they can take it to school. The gals get protein from the plain yogurt and the hemp added to the granola without much sugar at all. It’s a win-win.
So here’s what they had this day for lunch:
- Apple slices
- Cut up orange pepper (a favourite in our house)
- Hummus for dipping (My oldest insists that she can’t eat orange pepper without it)
- Plain yogurt with homemade maple granola & chocolate chips on top
- Strawberries
- Homemade zucchini mini muffins (another favourite in our house – recipe to come!)
